Several times a year, the incubator director holds a CEO Roundtable where all client CEOs gather to ask questions of one another, share solutions and benefit from one another's experience. CEOs come away wiser and with new relationships with one another, whether it is a shared market approach or access to clients or just the answer to a nagging employee problem.
