Targeted Income Group (TIG) Qualification
The services offered through the Marina Technology Cluster may be funded by a Community Development Block Grant for individuals who have a business idea that they would like to develop and meet the Targeted Income Group qualification criteria.
Maximum family* income level must be less than 80% of the median income of the county in which you reside.

To recieve this benefit, each applicant must submit an application, provide documentation of family income (current Tax Return) and be approved based upon meeting the qualification criteria and subject to available funds.
HOW TO APPLY: If you believe that you meet the Targeted Income Group qualification criteria please submit a completed application and submit it to the Marina Technology Cluster for determination.
Funding is provided by a microenterprise assistance grant from a State of California Community Development Block Grant to the City of Marina.
